Dog Sledding

Dogsledding is great fun. It's an activity gaining popularity in Iceland and is a real treat for anyone wanting an adrenaline rush. Dog sledding does not create any air or noise polution and the silence is a true gift a life enhancing moment to treasure. Dog sledding tours provide a unique opportunity to combine an adventure and sightseeing experience. Note you have the option of visiting the dog kennel.  During Spring and summer the dog sledding takes place on the Langjokull Glacier.

We have included pick up from your hotel in Reykjavik.  Usual pick up time is either 0800 hours or 11 hours.

Important condition of purchase. In the event this tour is curtailed or cancelled due to factors such as weather conditions or other issues such as health reasons or availability  concerning the dogs and mushers / operators  this tour is automatically substituted by an equivalent value Super Jeep tour in South Iceland pick up hotel lobby 0830 to 0930.  Notification of such changes will be sent to you vai email approximately 12 to 24  hours prior to the tour pick up time. This tour is only booked if you agree and accept  the above arrangements.
